Traveling through life seeking happiness and trying to avoid deep despair;
Searching for my soulmate, a vibrant spirit with luscious flowing longhair.

I'm not worried about his money, wealth, power or social position;
Oh to enjoy each other's companionship in a passionate love filled condition.

So full of fear that my soulmate I may never find;
It's enough to frighten one out of their mind.

Frightened as to how to capture the heart of my beautiful sweet prince to be;
Enlightened and fervent will be my heart when I hold him so very near to me.

There's something so special that one should never dismiss;
That's the warmth and passion within each and every sweet kiss.

The feelings of love and passion one should never try to disguise;
The truth comes out when you gaze deeply into each other's eyes.

With ever so much warmth, love and deep passion raging within my heart;
I fear I'll be seen as a romantic fool, right from the very start.

Oh yes indeed, once captured, I'll surely forever want him to stay;
But with my luck, my actions will scare him, causing him to run away.

I hope that someday he will open his warm heart and let me in;
If you're lucky enough to find true love, it's life's greatest win.

For the moment I'll just have to deal with my heartache, loneliness and gloom;
Longing for my beautifully romantic prince to love by the soft light of the moon.

I boldly speak these words for all to hear;
Calling out to thee, hoping to draw you near.
