I look out from my empty hole and see darkness all around;
This worries me not, as in my heart, hope does indeed abound.
Stepping out, my hope guides me as I blindly feel my way through the dark;
I follow my heart, I follow my dreams, and I follow the calls of my angel's hark.
Up ahead I see a most magnificent man whose heart seems so full of life's most passionate fire;
He smiles and calls out to me, seemingly calling me towards him, I struggle forward following my desire.
Before me, I find a precariously dangerous path leading me more or less in his direction;
My heart struggles within me, over such a raging conflict of my dreams fighting fears, causing me to question my discretion.
As I draw nearer, both my dreams and fears gather evidence to support their case;
The jury deliberates and determines the evidence is inconclusive, while my hearts desires to tenderly kiss his face.
The journey ensues over dangerous paths leading me towards a future as of yet untold;
But ensue it must, as true love may only be discovered, it may never be bought or sold.
